What is Claude Cowork and do I need a subscription?
Claude Cowork is an AI desktop tool from Anthropic that automates tasks with your files, apps, and documents. You’ll need a paid Claude plan (Pro at $20/month or Max at $100–$200/month for full agentic features). Our setup fee is separate and covers the configuration, training, and workflow design we do for you. With our setup we save you time, we make it easy for you to use and we save you wasted money.
Do I need any technical skills?
None at all. CoworkReady is designed for non-technical professionals. We handle everything — installation, configuration, and training. By the end of our session, you’ll know exactly what to do and how to use it.
How does the SiteAssist AI assistant work?
We train an AI on your website content and any company documents you provide (brochures, FAQs, service guides, etc.). The assistant is then embedded on your website and can answer visitor questions accurately, 24/7, in your brand voice.
Is this safe for lawyers and finance professionals?
We are transparent about security considerations with all clients. Claude Cowork stores conversation history locally on your device — not on Anthropic’s servers — which is a privacy advantage. We’ll advise you on appropriate use cases and which workflows are well-suited to AI automation.
How long does setup take?
Most setups are completed within 3–5 business days from your initial call. The training session is typically 1–2 hours, and you can start using your AI tools the same day.
What happens after the launch pricing period ends?
New clients after the launch period will pay standard pricing ($750 setup / $75 per month). Clients who sign up during the launch period keep the $55/month rate permanently — no price increases, ever.
